Join the Crazies

Are you crazy?
Yay! We are, too. *High-five* Embrace your inner crazy by joining us.

Are you related to a crazy by 1 degree of separation?
Whether you are the loved one of a crazy, work in a field that serves crazy consumers or are simply a friendly ally of the crazies... we need all the support we can get.

We'd love for you to join us, too... as an honorary crazy!

Get started now!

  • Blogger: Love to write? We're looking for peeps to share personal experiences; specifically how you've learned to manage your crazy.
  • Storyteller: Have a story but not really a writer? We've got some great peeps who would love to interview you + help get your story out into the wild.
  • Social Media Maven: Do you live online? Have your finger on the pulse of what's happening? We'd love for you to join the team + fan the social media wildfire for the crazies.
  • Happenings: Have an idea for an event? Have the skills to bring ideas into being? We'd love both types of peeps; you big idea-ers + implementers. Please email!
  • Partners in Crime: Are you an advocate or activist? Do you work for an advocacy organization? We'd love to collaborate with both individuals + groups to accomplish similar goals in the mental health realm.
  • Other: Willing, able + really just want to get involved? We'd love to chat more + figure out where you best fit. Experience or not... first time as well as seasoned volunteers are all welcome. I (Stephie) am a good trainer + will find/create a spot for you to connect:)

Welcome!

Welcome!

Suffering in silence, stigma + discrimination are so last year...

2012 is the year we self-identify + start organizing as the Crazy Collective. Together we can facilitate the changes we are all seeking in the public perception of mental illness. We can even impact the mental health service industry. Look out, world?!

We're here. We're crazy as all hell. Get used to it.
